MSC: Messsages on invalid instances are proposed to be added in IV

• If you keep the default names for the instances, it does not check if they exist in the IV (and does not create them)
• If you then add messages, it will propose to add them to the IV (however nothing happens in practice if you say yes since the instances do not exist)
