Multiple Language support

In IVE:

• Add list of languages for functions in IV model (+ load save)
• Add a table in the function properties with 3 column: Name [string] / Language / Current [tick box, only one can be selected at a time]
• And options "Add implementation"/"Delete implementation"
• When adding: prompt for name and language
• When deleting, check if the name/language is used in deployment view

In DVE:

• When loading, check if the implemenation (name/language) exists in IV

• Show the used "Name (language)" for each partition in the tree view
• Sync implementation name changes from IV
