IVE: Default values for attributes are not set/updated

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a interface
• Change it's kind

-> The attributes/values are not updated

In the attribute box of the Cyclic PI I see this :

..but I was expecting also to see this:

It appears only in Sporadic

and the defaultValue attributes are not set
