IV: Initial mini view action state is wrong

The initial state of the mini view action in IVE and MSC is wrong (as it is now shown by default).

the mini view is now active by default (thanks) but the corresponding button is not pressed, so if you press it to remove the mini view, nothing happens (you need to press twice)
