IVE: Optional/Present option when editing ASN.1 values

The tick box cannot be changed, and currently shows the reverse to what it should (present fields are unticked, absent fields are ticked)

(in this example keep only devname, version, and port, which are the 3 no-optional fields)

It shall be possible to check/uncheck only the fields which have either OPTIONAL or DEFAULT attributes
