ESA Gitlab migration

In June 2025, the Juice projected decided to migrate their Gitlab repos from juigitlab.esac.esa.int domain into ESA Gitlab gitlab.esa.int. The public project were migrated to /juice-soc-public.

The original planetary-coverage repo is now in read-only mode and the links in the project need to be update everywhere needed to the new endpoint.
