Drop support for numpy 1.x
According to NEP 29, support for Numpy 1.x should be dropped after Sep 16, 2025.
This will enforce that all users are using Numpy 2.x.
This should be enforce after %Version 1.2 release.
We are aware of issues with GitLab Duo right now. The vendor is working on them.
