MAJIS requirements

• Add a new Jupiter basemap to support Jupiter flyby visualization.
• DELAYED: Add MAJIS conversion table to estimate the SNR (it depends on the incidence, emission, phase angles and the altitude).
• DELAYED: Add field-of-view for exospheric science planning.
