Add support for orbit number file

JUICE now produces orbit numbers file:

The file is available on SPICE HTTPS interface.

• Add support similarly to EsaEventsFile.
• Add an example in the documentation.

Note: these files are also available for Bepi but also for NASA mission like Cassini.
