Provide Interface View Streaming interface (show model, highlight connections and end-to-end-flows, set zoom factor)

Idea is to use the same approach/API as the MSC streamer but to show an IV, with the possibility to highlight or unhighligh one or multiple connections (PI-RI).
Use case: the user of the API should be able to dynamically create an "End to End dataflow" diagram (reuse as much as possible).
So the Websocket message sbould be:

• "Load IV (path to filename)"
• "Highlight (Function)"
• "Unhighlight (Function)"
• "Highlight Connection (From Function, To Function, RI_Name)"
• "Unhighlight Connection (From Function, To Function, RI Name)"
