The CI/CD issue has been solved. There was a problem provisioning VMs in the underlying cloud infrastructure.
BTW, all our metrics are completely open inside the ESA network https://realtime.it.esa.int/dashboards/f/cZ8bBR-Vk/devsecops-service. In particular, we followed this one https://realtime.it.esa.int/goto/dfsag21utr0g0d?orgId=default for this incident.
