The moon-coverage was renamed planetary-coverage to illustrate that this tool can be used with all SPICE based space missions.

Changes

Rename package from moon-coverage to planetary-coverage in the documentation and text.
Move the documentation endpoint from moon-coverage.univ-nantes.fr to docs.planetary-coverage.org.
Move the source code from juigitlab.esac.esa.int/datalab/moon-coverage to juigitlab.esac.esa.int/python/planetary-coverage.
Move the notebook examples from juigitlab.esac.esa.int/datalab/moon-coverage-notebooks to juigitlab.esac.esa.int/notebooks/planetary-coverage.
ESA Metakernel are now cached in ~/.planetary-coverage.
