Develop the supporting capabilities to enable the configuration of Time & Space Partitioning (TSP) deployments in Space Creator:

1. In the Deployment View, add panels and graphical items to specify and configure nodes and partitions with TSP attributes (in particular, inter-partition communication with dedicated ports).
2. Update the file formats to load and save TSP configurations.
