Add Makefile targets for template updates & inotifywait automation script

• Added update-templates target to update template files.
• Added update-templates-and-check target to update templates and perform checks.
• Added auto-update-templates target to automate updates.
• Created a shell script utilizing inotifywait to monitor file changes and run update-templates automatically.
